P3 financing schemes are secretive financing and maintence deals that leave the public in the dark, provide worse service and turn public dollars into private profit.

Despite countless examples of P failures in Nova Scotia, across Canada and internationally, the Nova Scotia government has handed the $2 billion redevelopment of the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax over to P3 developers.
